Read Before You Purchase

This weekend I was all excited to scrunch my hair before the soccer game on Saturday. I put the product in my hair and was slightly concerned because it didn’t smell as good as I remembered. By the time I turned my head upright, I realized my hair was not moving at all and it was very sticky. I looked to the purple bottle and saw that I had just put a MASSIVE amount of hairspray in my hair NOT SCRUNCH SPRAY!!
This is what I brought to Mexico
This is what I wanted to buy!

So this means that I have not successfully brought down any hair products to Mexico! This past year I have come to appreciate dry shampoo and so I stocked up on the supply when I moved down here… turns out I brought shimmer spray; pretty much does the opposite of dry shampoo!
This is what I brought...
This is what I wanted to bring!

So in conclusion it sucks! Maybe when I come home for Xmas I can figure things out.

Lesson Learned: Even if you’re a little pre-occupied because you are moving to Mexico the next day, take a couple seconds and make sure you’re buying the right thing!

Like I said I went to the soccer game this weekend. We lost, but on a more interesting note, we sat in the first row, right in front of where the other players warm up just incase they get to play. Needless to say I had a hard time watching the game, the cone exercises were just so much more eye appeasing to watch.
Beth if you look really fast doesn't he kind of look like Ben?
It's always really important to stretch it out!
Loved the cone exercises
By the end of the game it was pouring, so we were standing under the outside part waiting for it to stop or let up a little when we met this guy. He was just standing with a bunch of us, so I thought we 'knew' him. Maya's friend went to go get the car, so we waited until we got the call to come out front. We decided that we should go wait closer so we rain outside and under this tent. I ended up buying a yellow bag/poncho to cover myself up (it didn't really work that well), mostly I was running with it somewhat over my head, we found some cover under a tent and this guy that we thought we we're friends with came under my bag and said "Kiss the wife". It was really awkward. Finally, Maya's friend showed up and we all ran towards his car including this guy. When he tried to get it Beto was like, "We don't know you!" It was supper funny because this whole time we had been with him, but turns out he was just some random!! I think it was a lot funnier to us, but I thought it was worth trying to explain.

Here is what I thought was my lime tree, turns it out is a another kind of tree that I don't know the name to anymore.
I'll ask Maya again what kind of tree it is. She ate the fruit and said it was really good!

Grasshopper!
Along with the new fruit that is blooming, so are the grasshoppers! They are coming out everywhere! They are huge here! I just hate how hard they sound when they jump around. They love the tall grass that will never be cut in the front of our gate. I'm super excited that I live on the second floor though because I've seen them go under the doors on the first floor.

Just in case you were all wondering about that white car is still outside my apartment... it's still here!! I'm pretty sure it's been here since I have... 2 months!! At least it helps when I try to tell taxi cabs where my house is, I just say across from that white coche.

That's what I've got for this week, maybe more exciting stuff next week. There is a possibility of a mini trip next weekend... so stay tuned!
