Another week has passed and I don't have much to report on. I got a cold this week, so all I could do was wait for this weekend so I could rest up. That's pretty much all I've done. On Friday when I got home from school around 3:30 I got straight into bed and napped for awhile, I continued to lay there all night, ended up getting 13+ hours of sleep. Saturday I got up, cleaned the sickness out of my apartment and finally went grocery shopping. (No more dinners of peanut butter and oreos) The plan for today is to work! I now understand what they mean when people keep telling you that your first year teaching is the worst. I am constantly working and planning and never seem to get ahead but you just have to keep going! 

Good News: I get to go to Oaxaca with the 11th graders at the end of October. October 24-28. A) is where I live: Queretaro and B)is Oaxaca! I'm super excited!!

 

Hopefully something interesting happens this week, so the next update is not so lame! Until then...
